Anna Rogers
Anna Rogers has played violin in the Richmond Symphony since 1999. Previously she performed with the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra, the National, Baltimore and Atlanta Symphony Orchestras and the Baltimore Opera and Baltimore Chamber Orchestra. A native of southern California, Ms. Rogers attended the University of Southern California. After spending many summers in Colorado in the National Repertory Orchestra and on fellowship to the Aspen Music Festival and School, Ms. Rogers settled in the Richmond countryside and devotes her summer attentions to gardening and country living. Ms. Rogers enjoys riding her motorcycle on Virginia’s scenic roads, tackling home projects, and teaching violin and viola in her studio.
