Henrico County Recreation and Parks will present Red, White, and Lights, a Fourth of July Celebration on July 4. The free event will begin at 4:30pm and will feature the Richmond Symphony (under the Symphony’s Big Tent), a laser-light show, patriotic performances, family activities, food trucks and more!
