The Richmond Symphony, under Guest Conductor Anthony Parnther, performs Beethoven’s buoyant Eighth Symphony. Also, a masterwork by pioneering Black composer Florence Price: her Third Symphony from 1938. Principal Horn Dominic Rotella is the Thomas P. Bryan, Jr. Fund soloist in Mozart’s delightful Horn Concerto No. 4.
