Adrienne joined the cello section of the Richmond Symphony in the Fall of 2002. Prior to Richmond, Adrienne was a member of the Champaign-Urbana Symphony Orchestra, Amarillo Symphony and Fairfax Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Pan American Symphony Orchestra, where she was a soloist and principal cellist from 1992–1994. Some of her engagements have included performing Tchaikovsky’s Rococo Variations with the Pan American Symphony Orchestra, performing solo cello for weddings and special events in the Washington, D.C. area, as well as numerous solo and chamber music recitals. On December 14, 1998 she was lauded as an “excellent cellist” by the Washington Post.

Adrienne holds a Master’s Degree in Cello Performance from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cello Performance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During her summers, Adrienne was a student at the Eastern Music Festival, Music Festival of Arkansas, Brevard Music Center, Wintergreen Summer Music Festival and Aspen Music Festival, where she was principal cellist of the Aspen Sinfonia Orchestra in 1999. Her teachers have included Robert Newkirk, Laurien Laufman, Emmanuel Lopez and Evangeline Benedetti.

Because Adrienne believes that music enhances people’s lives, she aims to pass on the tradition through private lessons. She was a faculty member of the Amarillo College Suzuki String Program, D.C. Youth Orchestra Program and Levine School of Music. Currently, Adrienne teaches private Suzuki cello lessons in Northern Virginia, where she lives with her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active in her church and running.
