Valentina Peleggi leads the sumptuous strings of the Richmond Symphony in three poetic works by Marion Bauer, Steven Snowden, and Christopher Theofanidis.   Plus, the gripping Divertimento of Bartók, composed in 1939 and anticipating the world’s immediate future.
