Put on your 10-gallon hat and try life on the wild frontier at the pre-concert festival in Rhythm Hall. On the way in, say hi to your trusty steed, Ruth Ann “The World’s Cutest Donkey” at the entrance (from RVA Goats & Honey). Wrangle a cactus in game of horseshoes (from Atlantic Union Bank) and sit around the campfire in a real campsite (from Virginia State Parks). Try out some fiddle music in our instrument petting zoo (from Music & Arts) and touch some creepy crawly creatures in our animal petting zoo (from Maymont Park). Before you leave, make your mark by creating your own Sheriff’s badge (from Children’s Museum of Richmond) and get your face painted.
