MARKET: PARENTS, YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

eTicket ads provide a traceable way to drive traffic to your business. Get direct targeted access to patrons choosing the PRINT AT HOME TICKET option, predominately those who attend Summer Series, Rush Hour at Hardywood (young professionals), and Union Bank & Trust Lollipops (families) concerts.

eTICKET AD MARKET

All eTicket ads must be submitted as a JPEG with a resolution of 72 DPI (dots per inch)

eTICKET AD COLOR: Defined in RGB and not contain any embedded CMYK elements.

eTICKET AD FILE SIZE: File size cannot exceed 512KB

eTICKET AD FILE NAME: FIle name cannot contain any spaces and must all be lowercase, including extension (ie – .jpg).

RECOMMENDED SPECS: Incorporate an 8pt margin and export the images as a JPEG from InDesign at “maximum” quality and and a 72 DPI resolution.

SENDING MATERIALS: Ads must be sent via e-mail to Aaron Frisbie, Box Office Assistant & Office Manager, at afrisbie@richmondsymphony.com. If the file is too large to send via email please use Dropbox or a similar file sharing website.

The Richmond Symphony reserves the right to reject any material for reproduction quality, content, and/or appearance. The Richmond Symphony is not liable for any loss or damage to artwork. Artwork cannot be returned.
