The Richmond Symphony offers a variety of ticket options to fit your lifestyle. Please see below for information on how to purchase tickets to one concert or tickets to a series of concerts. HOW TO PURCHASE SINGLE (NON-SUBSCRIPTION) TICKETS
ONLINE: Click here to purchase livestream or in-person tickets online and choose your seats.
PHONE: Call 804.788.1212 x2 between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. You may also call 1.800.514.ETIX from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
IN PERSON: Visit the Altria Theater box office to purchase tickets in person for any of our concerts. Unless the concert is sold out, tickets are also sold at the venue door starting at least 1.5 hours prior to the concert.

HOURS: 10am-2pm Monday-Friday and 2-4 hours prior to performances. Hours may vary in summer and during holidays.

PARKING: Free 20-minute street parking next to the box office entrance.

ENTRANCE: 6th Street side of the building; doors in center of the building (the window on the corner is not the box office).
HOURS: Open before Carpenter Theatre events only. For weekday concerts it opens at 10am. For weekend concerts it opens 2 hours before the concert.
TICKETS FOR ALL CONCERTS PRODUCED BY THE RICHMOND SYMPHONY MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE ALTRIA THEATER BOX OFFICE.
Please note that some events on the calendar are not produced by the Richmond Symphony (Richmond Ballet, VA Opera, Harry Potter, etc).
